How billing works
- How do I start?
- Request access. We get in touch, agree the plan with you, and set up your workspace.
- Is there a trial?
- Not while Rina is open by application. A workspace we set up has no trial, so there is none to run out.
- How are seats counted?
- Team and Brokerage are priced per seat, one for each person in the workspace. Team starts at 3 seats. Solo is for one person. We agree the seats with you when we set up your workspace.
- How do I pay?
- We agree how you pay when we set up your workspace. Rina does not charge a card for a workspace we set up, and does not lock it.
- Can I cancel?
- A workspace we set up is not billed through Rina, so there is nothing to cancel here. Tell us, and we agree any change with you.
- Is VAT included?
- No. Prices are shown before VAT, which is added at 5%.
