A broker's licence is theirs. So are the numbers on their deals.

We think a licensed broker should be able to see every number on their deals: what the brokerage takes, what they are owed, and when it comes in. And we think a brokerage that sponsors brokers is better for having those numbers in the open.

That is what Rina is built for. Each broker sees every deal they are on, what it pays them to the fils, and each instalment from invoiced to received. Their profile is their own and comes with them to any workspace they join.

On the Brokerage plan, the brokerage's share comes off each deal automatically, at the rate fixed when the deal is recorded and worked out without VAT. Brokers ask for their payouts in Rina and an owner or admin approves them. The money itself moves through the brokerage's own bank: Rina does not hold or send it.

Clear numbers, in the open. That is what we mean by free the brokers.
